If you’ve plan ahead, you can prepare a more elaborate breakfast or more breakfast items. Breakfast favorites include sausages, corned beef and hash, waffles and pancakes, omelets and scrambled eggs which you can fill with vegetables and herbs. Sneak in as much fruit as you can into your breakfast. Apples, banana, blueberries, strawberries and oranges are well-loved breakfast fruits which can be included into the dish (like strawberry smoothies) or served along side it, like apple and oatmeal.
Many countries of the world have their own distinct breakfast menus. The American breakfast is a heavy plateful of American smoked sausage and breakfast links; bacon and eggs; waffles and pancakes with butter, maple syrup or jam; coffee or orange juice. The European continental breakfast is a lighter selection of croissant, bread roll, or Danish pastries; cold cuts like peppered salami or hickory ham; cheese and sometimes cereals; fruit juice or coffee; and fruits.
The full English breakfast may include egg cooked your way, corned beef hash, sausages, fried potatoes, toast, muffins, baked beans, and bubble and squeak served with coffee or tea. A big breakfast spread is something to wake up for.
